Data controller

SIA “TUARON”, registration number 43603022626, Brīvības gatve 213–1, Riga, LV-1039, Latvia, is the controller for personal data handled through TUARON.com. Contact: privacy@tuaron.com; telephone +371 67 50 00 00.

Information we receive

TUARON may receive contact details, professional information, public working links and the message content you choose to submit through contact, representation, release and privacy forms.

Purpose and legal basis

Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, assess requested professional services, take steps requested before a possible agreement, protect the website, comply with legal obligations and maintain proportionate operational records. Depending on the request, processing is based on consent, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations or TUARON’s legitimate interests in secure and accountable business communication.

Retention

General and professional enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication. Representation and release submissions may be retained for up to 36 months where future professional review remains reasonably relevant. Privacy and compliance records may be retained for up to five years. Security logs are normally retained for up to 90 days. Information may be kept longer where a contract, legal duty, dispute or protection of legal claims requires it.

Form security and logs

Forms use server-side validation, CSRF protection, honeypots, rate limiting, origin checks, input sanitisation and Cloudflare Turnstile. Operational logs retain request type, time, outcome and pseudonymous technical hashes; they do not store message contents unnecessarily.

Service providers

Fornex provides hosting and authenticated email infrastructure; Sender manages newsletter subscriptions; Cloudflare provides anti-abuse verification; Google analytics services load only after consent. Providers receive only the data needed for their contracted function.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. TUARON may require proportionate verification before acting on a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
